A challenging workout and an expressive art form combined — discover the art of pole dancing to find your liberation and gain strength through movement.

Pole Level 1 Series

All students start with our 5-week Beginner Level 1 Series.

Classes are 1.5 hours in length. Series run on a rolling schedule, see start and duration dates below.

Each Series guarantees your spot for 5 classes in a supportive environment. We begin each class with a grounding meditation and embodied warm up. You will learn foundational skills and spins. The material builds upon itself culminating in a solid foundation and sultry sequence to a song of your choice on our last class.

Take this time to let go of daily stressors and reconnect to YOU.

Many students will choose to take the beginner series multiple times to deepen their skills.

Pole Level 2 Series

Registration in the Pole L2 Series guarantees your spot for 5 consecutive weeks in a supportive environment. This class builds upon the foundations of the Pole L1 series. We will learn new spins, deepen our freestyle transitions.

Each class will start with a grounding meditation and embodied warm up.

  • Completion of the 5-Week Pole L1 Series.

  • Series run on a rolling schedule:

    Sundays: Feb 9, 2025 - Mar 16, 2025 (3-4:30pm)

    Tuesdays: Feb 25, 2025 - Apr 1, 2025 (7:30-9pm)

    Registration is required prior to the first class of the series.

    1 hour & 30 minutes.

    *No late arrivals, please arrive a few minutes before class to settle in. Doors lock at start of class.

  • $175 per 5-week series

    • Registration is required prior to the first class of the series.

    • We encourage you to make all 5 sessions for the optimal experience… And we totally get that life happens!… so we’ve structured the curriculum in a way to catch you up if you’ve missed a class!

    • This series is non-refundable after start of first class.

  • Wear comfortable workout attire (yoga pants/shorts) and bring a mat and water.

    No jewelry or lotion! Knee pads are strongly encouraged.

Beginner Combos, Climbs, & Inversions • L 3 •

Ready to ascend? In this 5-week series we will continue to focus on spins, condition climbs + Inversions, while working on combining fluid movements between skills.

Beginner Climbs & Inversion Series

Ready to ascend?

Climbs & Inversions are offered quarterly.

Registration in our 5-week Beginner Climbs and Inversions will take students through an active warm up, conditioning and we will start to build the foundations for basic climbs and inversions.

Paying attention to physics we can support the body to climb, using the strength of the lower limbs, while we build strength in the arms.

The view is different up here!

  • Completion of L1 series is strongly encouraged!

  • Climbs and Inversions series are added to our schedule quarterly.

    Due to the high intensity of this class duration is 1 hour in length.

    *No late arrivals, please arrive a few minutes before class to settle in. Doors lock at start of class.

  • $175 per 5-week series

• Drop -Ins & Open Pole •

  • Beginner 1 Drop-In:
    Offered seasonally. Visiting the island for a day? This is the perfect place to dip your toe, or for current students looking to practice/revisit skills learned in their series.

    1.5 hours class includes warm-up and focused instruction of foundational skills.

    Beginner 2 Drop-In:
    Must have completed Beginner 1 or have Instructor approval.

    1.5 hours class includes warm-up and focused instruction of level 2 spins, transitions and combos.

    *All classes require registration prior to start of class to guarantee your spot!

  • This class is for students who have completed one of our series or are currently enrolled in one.

    We will have a guided warm up and then students can practice what they've been working on at their own pace.

    This class does not have structured instruction beyond the warm up, but their will be an instructor present for guidance/questions.

    1.5 hours in length. Please arrive on time!

    *No first time students
    *All classes require registration prior to start of class to guarantee your spot!
